TriRide in 30 seconds

The problem, the solution, the product.

The problem

Robot safety still sees a flat line

Mobile robots stop for people with a safety laser scanner that watches one plane above the floor. Raised forks, loads and people bending over are invisible to it, and perception needs extra cameras on top.

The solution

Safety and perception from one 3D sensor system

Automotive cameras and LiDAR see people and obstacles in 3D, all around the robot. The same system delivers the protective field and the perception for navigation: cheaper, faster to integrate, higher quality.

The product

A sensor system adapted to your robot

Our trinocular camera with LiDAR is the reference design. Sensors, mounting and compute, from NVIDIA Jetson to your own vehicle computer, are adapted per vehicle. Perception SDK for C++, Python and ROS 2. Designed for SIL 2 / PL d, documented by our FuSa AI Agents.

Want to see it on your robot? We bring the evaluation kit to your hall.

The problem

Robots work next to people. Their safety still sees in 2D.

Every mobile robot needs a certified way to stop before it hits someone. Today that means a laser scanner that watches one flat line above the floor, plus extra cameras to understand the rest.

Today

Two systems on every robot

An expensive safety scanner for protection, separate cameras for perception. Two parts to buy, mount and integrate.

One flat line of sight

The scanner watches a single plane. A fork at head height or an overhanging load is invisible to it.

Every robot, a new safety project

Change the layout or the vehicle and the safety work starts over. Months of engineering per variant.

With TriRide

One sensor fusion system

Automotive cameras and LiDAR together deliver protection and perception. About half the cost of a scanner.

Full 3D view

Free space, obstacles and people in three dimensions, across a 240° field of view.

Safety that is reused

Building blocks are qualified once. A new layout is a small delta, not a new project.

See the difference

A scanner sees a line. A stereo camera sees a window. TriRide sees the room.

Same robot, same situation: a raised fork close in front, a person standing at the side. Switch the sensor and compare what each one covers, from the side and from above.

Why TriRide

Fast, good, cheap. Usually you pick two.

Drag the point through the triangle. A classic safety setup always loses on one side. TriRide keeps all three.

Time: our FuSa AI Agent drafts the safety evidence for each new variant. Engineers review and sign. Weeks, not months.
